Few Good Managers, Constant Blame

Pros: Not much. I did not enjoy working here.
Cons: Good managers were few and far between. Frequent witch hunts occurred to point fingers instead of looking for solutions. The company laid off 15% after we automated a bunch of our responsibilities so they could build a new plant. I worked there from 2016-2019.
