- Written Exams (Aptitude Questions, English language skills, Automobile general Questions)
- Group Discussion (15 students in each batch of GD)
- Technical Interview (Group Interview)
- HR Interview (1:1)
150 students were selected in the written exams. Finally, I was one of the 7 students hired by GM. The interview process was great. I would rate it as a difficult interview. The technical interview went for 40 to 50 minutes, and I was asked above-average questions.

Pros: Got the chance to work with a lot of smart people that mentored me and taught me a lot.
Cons: The company can feel too big, and promotions can seem random. Your manager has to push for your promotion or raises to their boss, competing with the other managers and their teams.
