I got two phone interviews in the same day after applying online for a week. The first interview asked me if I had working authorization in the US and if I would pass a background check. After telling them I have a J1 VISA, they said they could not afford this situation and canceled the interview.
The second interview was also canceled after the first one, since I am on a J1 Visa.
