I applied online and went through three interviews.

The first was a screening interview over the phone with an HR person, followed by a very odd online questionnaire.

The second was a technical interview over the phone with an engineer, about my qualifications and experience.

The third was a face-to-face interview with hiring managers.

There were no hard questions.

The whole process took several months.

After the face-to-face interview, I was ghosted by GM and never received a reply.

This is why I rate the experience as negative overall.
