One phone interview, one in-person interview, about an hour each. They were very straightforward and standard STAR format interviews. I was at a college career fair with recruiters, and it was very standard.

Pros: Pay, Car Programs, Bonus some years.
Cons: To political. Out of touch directors. Gossip and personal vendettas will get you laid off. No growth if on the wrong team. Job security: they will lay you off and attempt to have a new hire do your job with less experience and pay. Horrible insurance!

Pros: Good base pay before any possible overtime.
Cons: Fear-inducing and threatening managers. Do not hire at this company. "RUN" unless you want good pay with very high stress.
BTW, salary will lose your yearly bonus if you do not meet your manager's very high expectations and no overtime pay when it takes 9 to 10 hours to complete your shift work and paperwork.
Most salary employees are going through a revolving door, either quitting, transferring, or retiring out of this stressful plant.
