The initial phone screening and team's meeting were positive and encouraging.
For the in-person one, I was told to arrive early, but the interview started 15 minutes late, and I was left alone waiting. Very little attempt was made to build rapport, and they went almost straight into technical and behavioral questions. Feedback was delivered bluntly. Generally, it felt unprofessional.
