First, I was reached by the recruiting team. Then, I had phone interviews with HR. After that, I was asked to take online personality tests. This was followed by phone interviews with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked basic questions, which I answered well. I did not understand why I was not picked to move forward, which might be because of the personality test.
