On Campus (University) interview process. It is a very straightforward process with many behavioral questions. I was asked about previous projects, interests in GM, and why GM, etc.
I was asked to describe projects and how they relate to work at GM. Interviews were all done using the STAR method.
The initial stage was something of a screening step, then I was asked to interview with managers. Managers conducted the interview and described the STAR method. They even provided a rubric.
The managers are quite nice, very straightforward, and helpful throughout the process.
