I applied on the website and that same day received an email with a link for a HireVue interview to be completed within the week. Ideally, they said within 48 hours.
The HireVue interview consisted of 6 questions in STAR format. It was almost like answering the same question 6 times with 6 different answers of how you solved a problem or managed a personal or work situation you were put into.
You were given 2 takes per question. If you chose to record again, you'd lose the first video and only have the option of sending the new recording.
After the questions, there were a couple of "games" that are supposed to test your capabilities.
I submitted the HireVue interview within the week. It's been a month, and I haven't heard anything back.
