Process

  1. Apply.

  2. If you are pulled, you will receive an email asking you to complete a 5-star question through HireVue. These are simple behavioral questions. After that, you will be asked to complete 3 different critical thinking games.

  3. If you are pulled from that round, you will be asked to complete 2 technical questions, choosing the language you are most familiar with (JAVA, R, C++, etc).

  4. If you are pulled from that round, you will have a 15-30 minute call with a randomly assigned employee within the field you are applying for.

  5. If you are pulled from that round, you will be asked to interview 2 different managers, one hour with each person. There will be no technical questions, just more behavioral questions. Know your resume back and forth. They ask a lot about your previous projects/internships.

  1. Describe a time where you had a disagreement with a colleague/co-worker and you had to use data to solve the problem.

  2. Describe a situation where you had a problem in a work setting and if you were to solve the situation, how and why?
