Process

I have not yet received an offer, but I have completed all 4 steps of the interview process. It might be helpful to know: the position and location you apply for are NOT guaranteed.

Step 1) HireVue behavioral questions. There were 4 or 5 STAR questions where you had the option of recording yourself twice. At the end, there is some IQ testing/logic games that are quick and will test problem-solving.

Step 2) Coding challenge. Difficulty was LeetCode easy. There were 2 questions, and you have 30 minutes for each. Very doable.

Step 3) 30-minute phone interview with a product manager. I was only asked to talk about myself briefly and why I wanted to join GM. They asked for preferred locations, positions, etc.

Step 4) 2-hour video interview with 2 different people within the company. One hour with each person, back-to-back. Look up STAR behavioral questions. There were light technical questions.

It took roughly one month to complete all 4 steps. I haven't got an offer or rejection yet, but it is still very early.
