Process

Four rounds of interviewing:

  • First round was a HireVue asking 5-6 standard behavioral (STAR) style questions.
  • Second round was a 60-minute HackerRank with 2 LeetCode-style questions (easy difficulty level).
  • Third round was a 20-minute phone call with an engineer to set up the final round. It was more of a conversation than an "interview".
  • A two-hour final round interview with two different engineering managers (one hour each). Each manager asked 4-5 standard behavioral (STAR) style questions. Note that the second interviewer didn't show up and then called shortly afterwards to reschedule; he had the wrong date in his calendar.

All interviewers were very friendly! If you know basic coding and practice common STAR-style behavioral questions (google them and you should be fine), the interview process is not very difficult!

Questions

STAR behavioral questions, such as:

  • Tell me about a time you disagreed with a team member.
  • Tell me a time you collected data to solve a problem.
