Easy interview process. I applied back in January, then took a coding challenge. There were two easy LeetCode questions. I submitted them and then, two weeks later, had a phone screen asking me about the job I would like, and where and why I would like to work at General Motors. From there, the very next week, I had my interview. It took two hours but ended a little early. It consisted of just behavioral questions and asking how well I can work in a team. Twenty-four hours later, I received a follow-up phone call and was offered the position and location I requested. Now I am just awaiting the written offer. The whole process so far has taken only 3-4 weeks.
