Talked to GM at a campus career fair and had an interview the next day. There were 3 questions total, all using a STAR format. The interview was only 30 minutes, and they didn’t ask really anything besides the 3 questions. Both interviewers seemed nice and explained how they wanted me to answer the questions before the interview started (how to answer them in a STAR format).
