Cons: Most employees do not know the entire picture of how the company functions as a whole and what their role is. Salaries for software professionals are comparatively less than at other MNCs. HR people are not at all helpful and seem very arrogant. College hires were not informed about company accommodation and had to struggle a lot for stay initially – another HR communication gap. Work-wise, it's good for a mechanical engineer but not so great for a computer science graduate. Most employees are desperate to get off-shore opportunities and lack commitment towards the company.
