Round 1: Technical, knowledge of embedded terminology, processes, and OOPS concepts in C++ and JAVA. Coding challenge with a simple sorting procedure of an array. Questioning based on projects done.
Round 2: Behavioral, adherence to GM employee expectations, and STARR format questioning of prior project experience related to Teamwork, Leadership, Navigating Ambiguity, Leadership, and Integrity.
