Pros: The hybrid work schedule was nice.
Cons: I did a one-year contract with them, then went to work for a direct competitor.
I quickly discovered at GM I was doing my current boss's job for about ten dollars per hour less than I make working for him as an employee.
You spend most of your time at GM presenting what you are working on to different layers of management, and there is a staggering number of clueless middle and upper-level managers at GM who constantly need to be informed what people are spending their time on.
