New Grad Software Engineer Interview Experience
Process
Initial HireVue Assessment, which was very easy. You talk about some of your experiences normally.
Second round is a 30-minute phone screen where they ask you some more basic questions about your experience and then tell you a bit about the team/organization.
Third round is two 1-hour interviews with randomly selected managers and senior executives. Currently, I have not had those but was told they are behavioral-type interviews.
