If you choose to diversify your experience in several engineering areas, or simply gain experience with different components, the organization supports this pursuit. If you desire to experience all aspects of engine engineering, this is a great place to do it. I have worked at a small 6-person design firm, and now one of the largest corporations in the world; the opportunities for learning and growth are immense in this org.
