Process

Two days total. The first day everyone arrived, followed by a networking dinner and welcome keynote speech. The second day featured interviews and a jump start panel for entry-level new hires.

Interviews were broken up into two one-hour sessions using classic behavioral interview techniques. The atmosphere was very easy and relaxed.

After that portion, we went on a tour of their facility in Warren. And that was that.

They made decisions the same day and made an offer the following day. I've had interviews at a variety of companies from all over. No one was as fast, with over four times the amount of interviewees to make decisions about.
