The interview consisted of behavioral questions in the STAR format. There were 2 interviewers, and they were very nice. They asked a total of 4 STAR questions.
The process for the internship itself was quick. I received an interview within a week of my application being submitted and got the offer the day after my interview.

Pros: All the engineers are super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions.
Cons: Work can be hard to find and boring at times.

Pros: Solid pay & profit sharing.
Great coworkers.
Flexibility in work day, e.g., able to leave for personal appointments and occasionally able to take off comp time from overtime.
Cons: Far from as structured as one would expect in a big and well-established auto manufacturer.
Days can be chaotic and stressful, and you may end up with assignments well out of your scope/regular duties.
HR directors can give you the boot (or, PIP or separation choice) because operating costs must be lowered and you didn't find time to fill out your self-evaluation. The PIP contained three items. One I was vaguely aware of (brought up in mid-year) and was improving on. The other two no one had even hinted to me needed improvement.
