Cons: A manufacturing company trying to be a tech company. Too much disconnect between VPs that steer based on "trendy" ideas versus working-level Directors that understand quarterly task challenges. Frustration over lack of time to repair old issues or time to document new content properly. Complete bias toward moving to the next new project and releasing its content. Meritocracy (loyalty and seniority are worth 1% at most). Too much social engineering material pushed from executives (which seemed hypocritical in the end based on HR behaviors). Ruthless HR practices.

Pros: Depends where you work. Some areas are still flexible on WFH. Very DEI conscious.

Cons: Management's lack of care about employees. Too much work, not enough workers. The answer is to do more with less.

Pros: Great compensation and benefits. Interesting work. Exciting time to be in the automotive industry.

Cons: Typical large corporation issues: bureaucracy and legacy IT systems are a constant headwind.
