Submitted an application. My resume matched 90% of the job description, so I applied. I got a call to go straight to the onsite since I had previously interviewed with General Motors. The first interviewer, as usual, asked me behavioral STAR questions. Then he looked at my resume and literally asked only technical questions that were not technologies on my resume. They could have decided before the onsite to not call me instead of wasting both of our time. I suspect he then went out and told the other interviewer to not even interview me, because she came in and rushed through the questions. The interview was supposed to be an hour, and she literally took 10 minutes to ask and receive my answers, and she barely typed anything.
