Pros: Cool building with nice standing desks, double monitor setup, and a walking track!
Cons: Not so good treatment of programmers. Long hours, not good advancement prospects, and lack of continuing education.
Managers and directors go to really cool conferences, but lower-level employees are only allowed to use whatever resources are free online to learn new skills.
