A phone interview asking standard questions. Once passing the phone interview, an invite for an online assessment was sent, with a 1-hour technical interview, including coding questions and short-answer questions. Finally, if you got through the technical interview, you were invited to the GM location for an event where they conducted behavioral interviews.
