I went to the career fair on campus. I submitted my resume directly to a recruiter. I was told they do not accept resumes online, only during the career fair. I was also told I would have an interview with them immediately once the recruiter read my resume. I received the formal interview invitation in about 3 weeks, and there was only a one-day interview on campus. There were two back-to-back behavioral interviews. The first interviewer asked several questions, but the second one, a director, almost let me ask questions for the whole interview. It was more like a conversation instead of an interview. I received an unofficial notice for acceptance in 3 business days. I am still waiting for the official offer from HR. I do not know any details about the job offer at this point. According to reviews here, everything is not bad. I am going to accept the offer once I get an official one.
