Applied a couple of months ago, sometime in February. I was contacted and conducted a Microsoft Teams interview in late March. I heard back in a couple of weeks and was rejected.
The interview was with three other employees to discuss some behavioral and then technical questions. No LeetCode problems, but more so software concepts (e.g., inheritance).
