The process is very easy; they are just really bad about letting you know when you will hear back from them.
They will send you an online assessment, which consists of you answering five basic interpersonal/skill questions.
They then have you play three games:
Had a quick phone interview afterwards to assess salary expectations.
Was then given another online assessment, which was coding two programs in the language of your choice.
Was promised I would hear back in a week after this stage and honestly thought I had blown the coding assessment, as I did not receive a call.
About a month later, received an email asking for a face-to-face interview for two possible dates.
Responded back and did not hear back for confirmation until after the first possible date passed, and it was two days till the final one.
The two interviews were really laid back and via Skype.
Was asked no technical questions, and it was all about interpersonal stuff.
Got a call a week and a half after the interview and was offered a job.
Overall, really simple, albeit nerve-wracking.
They just need to work on their communication and setting expectations.
Just a simple "We have received your response and will schedule when can" would be lovely.
