Pretty long interview process, but they just basically ask you a lot of situational questions like "describe an experience...", "describe a project/internship where...", etc. There was also a coding challenge you had to complete in a certain amount of time, but it wasn't too bad.

They want cheap labor from college new hires to replace experienced hires.
