I applied through the company's career portal and received a phone screen call from a recruiter.
The recruiter asked basic questions about my experience with the technologies mentioned in the job posting (e.g., "How many years of experience do you have with Spring Boot?").
The call lasted for 13 minutes. At the end of the interview, the recruiter said they would get back to me the next day regarding the next steps.
However, just 1 hour later, I received an email stating that the position had been canceled. This has happened to me twice. Why are you wasting our time if you don't intend to hire?
