Process

So far, I submitted an application online. A recruiter called me the next day to schedule a phone call. I was asked behavioral questions and about my background. They used the STAR method:

Tell me about a time you had to face a challenge and how did you deal with it?

There were a couple of questions about computational complexity and binary search. Then, he said he would pass my resume onto the department.

A week later, I had a Skype technical interview with a few software engineers. They asked me questions about polymorphism, classes, virtual destructor, a few things about embedded systems, and again, I recapped my background. The interview was about 50 minutes. I'm now waiting for another callback from HR.
