Pros: - Nice colleagues. Everyone is willing to help.
Cons: - Terrible work-life balance in some infotainment teams.
- Very long hours. Since the pay is rather low, I really don't think it's worth it. You won't get paid overtime at all.
- Lack of direction. Google is basically taking over the whole infotainment space.
- Lots of heavy processes.
- Management is clueless about how software engineering works and will SHOVE deadlines down your throat.
