Process
After applying online through the portal, I was sent a HireVue video interview. They have preset questions, and you get to record up to a 3-minute answer to each.
Then, they have you take a series of small games and tasks, such as:
- Matching rotating boards
- Remembering what shapes appeared a few seconds ago
- Finding two numbers that add or multiply to another number they give you
Those are supposed to be personality tests.
