After applying for the QA tester position, I received an online test to be completed within 48 hours. It was partially video recording and partially coding. However, although it was a software testing position (and the job description was crafted based on that), the first 4 video recordings had completely no relation to that. I was asked to describe Embedded Systems, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and etc., which has completely nothing to do with the QA tester posting. I would rather expect them to have questions related to their job description requirements, or update their demands from the position information. It was just a waste of 1 hour doing the unrelated test.
