I was asked for an interview in January. They waffled around about it for months and then pulled me back in around May, only to ask me the same questions they asked the first time. I'm not sure if it was to see if I would answer them differently, but now that I have worked for them for a while, it's clear they are total morons who do not have a clue about modern business. The company is so far in the past it's a wonder they survived. Err... I take that back... Chapter 11. Avoid this company at all costs.
They tried to get personal about work/family life balance, and I refused to answer.
