The interview process consisted of:

• One HR round (30 minutes)
• One technical screening (1 hour)
• Two hours with HireVU, the Manager, and the Director.

The overall interview process went well. However, the HR representative made a mistake with the offer letter, which led to my rejection of the offer.

Therefore, the moral of the story is: my time was wasted due to not stating a good salary range in the initial discussions. Even though I mentioned the exact lower-end number I was looking for. It is not just about money; it is about the overall experience. If the HR representative had told me the range at first, I would not have considered the job interviews.
