Pros: Given the right opportunity, they really do allow you to be innovative.
There are some very great people who work there. Vacation is really good. Benefits are good too.
They've also come a long way since the ignition switch case - you honestly can feel safe being an honest engineer here.
Cons: Can seem unstable at times.
