Interviewed on campus with one person. Flew out shortly after for an on-site interview. Interviewed with 3 different engineers. Long interview. Gave us lunch. Toured the dynamometer lab. Very large lab.

Pros: Good salary with an annual bonus based on company and personal performance.
Good people to work with.
A cushy job compared to working for a tier 1 or 2 supplier.
Cons: Senior leadership doesn't know which direction to go.
They brought in execs from Silicon Valley who introduced a ranked performance system and now fire the lowest-ranking 5% of employees each year.
Company morale is at an all-time low.

Some managers are very supportive.
The mentor/mentee system is good.
Cons: Performance reviews are making employees insecure and do not promote teamwork.
Discrimination is still present at all levels; HR will never side with the employee.
Very toxic environment.
