Manufacturing Engineering Lead
Straightforward. Met directly with the associates for the position. Down-to-earth team members. Nice, engaged group of people who enjoy what they are doing. Done on a Teams meeting, virtual.
Automation Engineer
An online interview, hosted remotely with five engineers. They asked questions about my work experience.
Co-op Engineering
Questions were mostly behavioral. The interview was fairly easy. No technical questions were asked for me. The interviewers were super friendly. The interview was held over Zoom and wasn’t very long. It was probably just under an hour in length.
