Great campus. Good engineers. Work/life balance for the most part. Vacation.
Indecisive on future.
Loudest in the room.
Culture.
Had a phone interview with HR over my past experiences and what department I am looking to intern with. Then, had an interview with a hiring manager that asked a series of behavioral questions and was looking for a response using the STAR method.
Overall, easy questions. They asked questions from my experience and resume. I applied online, and the recruiter called me the same day. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty cool. The technical interview also went well
Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
