Oh man, over 4 years of working here. Have the mighty fallen. In a sense, right now it’s like a mutated gremlin of a place to work. It feels like 1985 met 2015 and birthed this grotesque horror that is the current culture. My word, the utter incompetence of middle management and the sheer lack of knowledge is laughable. Some of the gearbox designs look like they came out of a bottom 10% Spotify indie metal band’s experimental album. But at this point, that’s better engineering than most of what’s done here in powertrain.
