Work-life balance, supportive leadership.
Not too much pay rise.
Had a two-question take-home assessment, which was super easy. Like, capitalize the first letter in a list of strings. Then a two-hour behavioral interview where I was strictly asked STAR behavioral questions.
My experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process went very smoothly and was handled with great professionalism. Both the HR team and the managers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout. Everything was well
I interviewed as a contractor. It was only one interview round, I believe, with the manager and the lead. The talk was fairly friendly. They are testing to see if you are competent, if you know the things you list on your resume, and if you can talk
