Very lax atmosphere; coworkers were friendly, and superiors didn't make you feel pressured.
Exactly the pros. It sometimes felt like no one got anything done.
We definitely need to pair up interns with a stronger mentor program.
I felt as if I was on my own most of the time, which is fine; sometimes that's just the way it is. But for someone who was new to this industry and wanting to learn more, I felt like I was on a stranded island.
