A lot of fellow junior colleagues to learn and grow with.
Very few senior leadership are currently in Ireland, which becomes a problem bringing better projects to local teams.
The current environment in the company is such that there are continuous firings and restructuring.
Bring in strong local leadership in Limerick and Dublin offices.
Bring more projects.
Overall quality of leadership is bad, where it is difficult to maintain good work-life balance with pressure to keep performing over the bar.
