Great environment and great colleagues. A very good team working. Good salary and capability to balance work with life. Capability to work from home for some days in the year.
There is still a bit of an old mentality. The processes are very slow and not so agile.
Makes things easier and quicker. Try to have a look at other companies' processes to improve and use existing processes, instead of trying to customize every single tool because you don't want to change.
