Done through HireVue. Most likely never seen by a human until you finally get the screening and/or Skype interview. Not the best interview process, but the behavioral portion is straightforward. Thought the pattern recognition games were nonsense.

Hirevue with 5 questions and 3 minigames. For each question, you have two attempts to record yourself answering it. You have up to a minute to prepare your answer for each question.

First, I received a HireVue to answer 10 short questions. A week after, I received a phone call to schedule a technical interview. After another week, I took the interview, but I haven't received any follow-up from them since then.
