- Work/life balance
- Very high tech if you have the right job
- They have the money & revenue to do it right
- Exciting products: Volt, Corvette, CTS-V wagon. No one else makes awesome products like that.
- If you're unhappy with HR, there's not much opportunity for redress.
- Uncertain future for the company.
- It's not a startup, but if that's what you're after, that should be plainly obvious.
- More emphasis on merit than experience would help young engineers.
- More acceptance of design change after initial validation.

Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
