Controls Development Engineer
I had a phone interview with HR, then an online assessment, then an in-person interview with two engineers. Between each part of the interview process, there were between a few days and a few (2-3) weeks.
Lead Developer
Initially, HR conducted a telephone interview with some basic questions. Then, there was a video recording session. This was followed by two rounds of behavioral and technical interviews. Employ the STAR method while answering.

First, they called you for a brief phone interview. Then, they scheduled a 1-2 hour in-person interview. I did the in-person interview. Now I am waiting for their response for the final, 3rd interview.
