The pay was excellent. Also, I was able to receive some excellent travel opportunities and project experience.
The belief of management, and of the company as a whole, is that work comes first and family comes second.
This is a job, not a way of life. You should respect your employees, treat them all fairly, and realize that life does exist outside of GM.
