Good benefits and the pay is pretty good for MS.
I endured bullying and retaliation. I went through all proper steps only to be fired three days after reporting to GM legal. I have a lawsuit pending.
Please stop taking your employees for granted and take the reports seriously.

Online application. Interview was 40 minutes max, all STAR questions with no technical ones. Application to interview took 2 weeks; interview to result took 6 weeks. Was given 2 days to process the offer.
